Why can’t I see any tickets on the platform?

Tickets are exclusive to University of Cambridge members. Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you’re logged in with a valid University of Cambridge account. Tickets will only be visible to logged-in users. For assistance with logging in, visit this help page.

  2. If you have an access code (e.g., for a ticket transfer or right-to-buy), enter it under ‘Redeem a Voucher’ to view the ticket(s). Learn more about redeeming tickets using access codes here.
