When transferring your ticket to another person, a fee is applicable based on the transfer date. This fee is in place to safeguard the student body against ticket scalping and the prolific resale of tickets at inflated prices, which is unfortunately common for May Week events. The funds generated from this fee contribute to supporting our access scheme for Jesus College students.
- Transfer Period: Ticket transfers will be available from 19th January until 3 pm on the day of the event (22nd June).
- Fee Structure:
- Free Name Changes: Until the 2nd of February.
- Incremental Increase: From the 3rd of February, the fee increases by £0.60 each day. For example, On 3rd February, the fee is £0; on the 4th of February, it becomes £0.60; and on the 5th of February it becomes £1.20.
- Minimum Fee: In the event of a ticket-type sell-out, the name change fee is a minimum of £41.40.
