Venue Accessibility
The Jesus May Ball will take place across several courts within Jesus College. The venue offers step-free access throughout, including wheelchair accessibility to all entrances in use. Most areas of the event are wheelchair accessible, with paved paths facilitating navigation. However, please note that some pathways consist of wood-chip surfaces, uncovered and carpeted areas, grassy sections, and cobbled floors. Additionally, there are ramps over electrical cables and areas with small lips (approximately 7 cm) slightly raised from the ground.
Facilities
- Seating: Padded seating will be provided for guests.
- Toilets: Accessible and gender-neutral toilets will be available.
- Quiet Space: A designated quiet area will be accessible all night, featuring gentle acoustic music or calming films, soft comfortable furniture, and subdued lighting for those needing respite from noise or bright lights. The quiet area can be accessed via a lift.
Film Accessibility
Films screened during the event will include English audio and subtitles. Please note that closed-captioning and audio description services will not be available.

- Blue Badge Parking: Limited blue badge parking is available upon request in advance. Please contact us via email at [email protected] to arrange parking accommodations.
- General Car Parking: There is no general car parking available at the venue.
Additional Assistance
Please note that there is no hearing loop or British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter provided at the event.
